Asteven Energy Institute is a dynamic vision-birthed, pioneer in renewable energy training in West Africa, offering educational services and certifications covering the whole value chain of renewable energy technologies. We deliver customized educational content starting from the economics and finance of renewable energy, through to design, installation, operation and maintenance of solar components, and energy efficient appliances.

Asteven Energy Institute is the first Innovation Enterprise Institution(IEI) approved by the Federal Ministry of Education (FME) and accredited by Nigeria’s National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to offer a National Innovation Diploma (NID) in Solar Energy Technology. The institute is equipped with modern and state-of-the-art facilities for hands-on training.

Asteven institute was commissioned on February 28th, 2018 as a solar training academy and since it’s inception has trained, certified, and empowered over 3000 able-bodied men and women across Nigeria in solar photovoltaic (PV) installation and entrepreneurship. It is accredited by the ECOWAS Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) as a recognized institution for training and certification in Solar Photovoltaic (Off Grid) Installation in Nigeria.

We have campuses in Ogun state, Rivers state, Delta state and the UK with well-furnished hostel accommodations.
